And although he recently changed jobs so they could be in the same area, Dan has worked in sports journalism in television. Melissa now works as a visual journalist at The Rock Hill Herald, and I was honored when she contacted me about photographing her wedding. I first met Melissa several years ago when she did an internship at The Charlotte Observer when I was a staff photographer there.
